Red, Wine, and Blue: The Challenges Facing Women in the Military
July 7 @ 7:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Everyone talks about supporting the troops, veterans, and their families, but our leaders don’t back up that talk with action – especially for our women in uniform. They have faced discrimination, sexual assault and abuse, retaliation for speaking out, and more for decades – way before the current administration made the military environment even more hostile for women and minorities.
The situation is not hopeless, though. People like veteran Katie Chorbak are fighting back – and you can help.
Join us for Tuesday, July 7 at 7:30 PM ET for The Challenges Facing Women in the Military.

Katie is a queer, female veteran who recently was arrested with her fellow former soldiers for protesting the illegal and immoral Iran war at the Capitol. She joined us on the “How to Not Lose Your Sh!t” to talk about how she’s helping other vets through Our Sister’s Keeper Movement, which advocates for service members who survived sexual assault in the military, just like she did.
Join us next week to learn what you can do to help stop this decades-long injustice.
Don’t miss this important event. RSVP now for The Challenges Facing Women in the Military on Tuesday, July 7, at 7:30 PM ET.
Our troops sign up knowing they will have to risk their lives and sacrifice time with family fighting hostile countries and groups. It’s unacceptable that they have to face threats from the people and leaders who should be protecting them. Let’s fight back!
