South PBC Indivisible Kicks Off Fall Season of Activism with “Make a Difference for Immigrants”

South PBC Indivisible invites all members and friends to a Zoom gathering and training on Monday August 25, 7-8:30PM ET. Get better prepared for participating in local protests and other ways to help our Florida immigrant families. We will cover tips for de-escalation, protecting your identity, and knowing your rights (both for protesters and immigrants). We’ll provide details of upcoming protest events, and answer questions. We’ll also have a sneak peek at an upcoming letter-writing campaign to protect Palm Beach County immigrants, which is part of a new county-wide Indivisible coalition working on this issue. Speakers to be announced. United we say: due process is overdue!
