Along with sponsors Linda and Don Silpe, EMA Abortion Fund is hosting a private reading from Blood of the Lamb, a powerful Off-Broadway production with guests Arlene Hutton, the playwright, and actor Dana Brooke.

The play seems ripped from the headlines: a pregnant woman finds herself detained in a Texas airport with an unexpected adversary… a court appointed attorney assigned to represent her baby.

This electrifying thriller features two women with opposing beliefs, forced to navigate the bureaucratic chaos of post-Roe America. After the reading, Hutton and Brooke will participate in a Q&A with EMA’s Executive Director, Jessica Hatem, to end the night.
