For women in the workforce, the gender pay gap is a troubling reality. Discrimination and the ‘glass ceiling’ are factors that have strongly influenced women’s entrepreneurial motivations in the United States and across the world.

We are so pleased to have Dr. Sarah Sampaio, an international scholar whose research focuses on feminism, intersectionality, and the Global South, present and discuss these relevant topics from her informed perspective.
