Legal Conflicts’ Impact on Families

Program conducted by Families Against Court Travesties, Inc. (FACTS), created by NOW members in 2002.  FACTS will present a panel of litigants fighting for the welfare of their children and grandchildren. Many mothers have been victims of Domestic Violence and the Family and Dependency Court systems. They will also address the issues of Child Care and Foster Care in dealing with For-Profit industries, and the need for mandatory recording of all Family Court proceedings.
