Several newspapers recently reported that U.S. Senator Josh Hawley is sounding the alarm about a new report on the abortion pill, mifepristone.

There is just one problem – the report Sen. Hawley repeated is totally bogus.¹ But many media outlets left that part out.²

With AI, deepfakes, and flat out lies spreading widely online, how do we know which media news sources to trust? How do we tell bad information from good?
