Women’s Issues Now, Inc. (WIN NOW) endorses the following candidates because they best represent the National Organization for Women’s Core Values: protecting women’s rights, advocating equal rights for women, championing abortion rights, opposing racism, supporting the LGBTQIA community and working to end domestic violence against women. In addition, a core value for Palm Beach County NOW is judicial justice. [Links to their campaign websites provided; detailed explanations of some of our endorsements below this list]

WiN NOW Inc, (Women’s Issues Now) uses this principle in deciding endorsement of judicial candidates. We give our educated choices to voters.Comment on Judges:
When a citizen—such as a mother, a father, or an elderly individual—cannot afford legal representation in court, the only saving grace is a caring judge who listens respectfully and asks the right questions of witnesses as needed.
Our sister organization FACTs (Families Against Court Travesties) has been conducting “Court Watch” for almost twenty years in family court and other courts handling dependency, guardianship, sexual assaults and domestic violence.
We have been in the court room of incumbent Judge Jaimie Goodman and he meets our criteria. He is an exemplary individual who has dedicated decades to the legal profession.
Candidates for the following races ignored our offer to interview: State Rep. 88, State Rep. 91 and State Senator 25; therefore, we can provide no guidance in their races.
