Attention energizes – when we listen to each other we become aware. Intention transforms – choosing to act on what we learn can bring about the change we want. When working together we can be a force for fixing our society. Parts 1 and 2 are introductory and informative videos\, including “Untold Stories of Black Women in the Suffrage Movement” and a Red Table Talk with Jada Pinkett Smith recorded in November 2018 with her mother\, daughter\, co-worker and Jane Elliott\, an activist for racism awareness. \nPart 3: The Panel and Conversation (1:08:54) \nWe asked a panel of awesome and mindful women to tell us their inspirational stories and lessons learned. The panel will advise us on how we can become the change we want and need. Our moderator Reverend Renai Collins will introduce our five panelists. SUMMARY:Palm Beach Pride Market
DESCRIPTION:Due to the ongoing health concerns related to COVID-19\, we have modified our Annual Palm Beach Pride event from a two day gated festival to a one day\, Palm Beach Pride Market. There will be no parade. \nThe Pride Market will be a free open air marketplace at Bryant Park on the City of Lake Worth Beach Intracoastal. Attendees can expect to see some of their favorite Pride vendors\, along with many new ones\, who will offer quality products\, prepared foods\, fresh produce\, plants\, gourmet meals and treats\, handicrafts and more. This will be a family-friendly and pet-friendly LGBTQ+ event. \nVendors will be socially distanced from each other\, and the emphasis is on shopping versus socialization. Attendees must wear masks and are encouraged to shop quickly. \nHand sanitizer will be placed throughout the market. \nAs a socially distanced open air marketplace\, we will be following local\, state\, and CDC COVID-19 guidelines.
