DESCRIPTION:The Haitian American Culture Collaborative (HACC) invites everyone to its program\, The U.S. Census\, at the Delray Beach Public Library\, 100 West Atlantic Avenue. Since 1790\, every ten years the U.S. government counts our population and households\, which provides the basis for reapportioning congressional seats\, redistricting\, and the distribution of more than $675 billion in federal funds to support states\, counties\, and communities vital programs – impacting housing\, education\, transportation\, employment\, health care and public policy. This presentation will also address concerns about complying with the 2020 Census.
